The well-known American brand Bodycraft has developed a very stable training machine, which allows single training as well as the training in a group - the Bodycraft Power Rack F430.
The lateral supports allow a training to the limit, i. e. with bench presses. The height adjustable bars safe you and allow to put down the barbell bar. A training partner is not necessarily required.
Depending upon the training target and the progress, you can upgrade the Bodycraft Power Rack F430 and make your training more varied and more diversified.
