The Pedalo Textile Resistance Band is ideal for use with Pedalo coordination devices with attachment holes. The Pedalo balance board Rola-Bola Sport, for example, has holes along its edges to connect to resistance bands. This provides a more intense exercise with a strength training element.
The Pedalo Textile Resistance Bands are designed with multiple loops sewn in to grab with your hands or insert a foot for use with different resistance strengths. Varying the length lets you find the optimal resistance level for your body and the particular exercise.
