Versatile strength training in a compact space

The BodyCraft MFT Multi Functional Trainer is a true all-rounder for your home workout. It combines a classic multi-gym and a modern functional trainer – on a footprint of just 2 m². The MFT gives you a comprehensive full-body workout with hundreds of exercise options. From lat pulldowns, rowing and chest exercises to functional workouts, core training and leg training, it covers almost every form of training. An optional leg press can be attached to make leg training as effective as possible.

Powerful features for intense workouts

The MFT features a high-quality 90 kg (200 lb) weight stack that can be adjusted in 4.5 kg increments. The resistance ratio varies depending on the station: 1:1 for lat pulldown, press arm, low rows and leg extension and 2:1 per cable pulley. This means that every exercise can be performed with the appropriate resistance. A special highlight is the adjustable press arm, which allows you to switch smoothly between chest, shoulder and rowing exercises - perfect for seamless supersets with no conversion time.

Comfortable adjustment options and high-quality finish

The BodyCraft MFT Multi Functional Trainer offers numerous ergonomic adjustment options. It features a 7-position backrest and a 4-position seat that can even be removed – perfect for switching to rowing exercises or leg training. High-quality materials such as 50 × 75 mm oval steel tubing, chrome-plated guide rods and double-stitched 5.5 cm foam padding ensure a stable and comfortable training experience. The MFT's powder coated finish looks stylish and is particularly durable.

Space-efficient, well-designed and durable

Despite its versatile features, the BodyCraft MFT Multi Functional Trainer remains surprisingly compact. Measuring only 168 × 131 × 211 cm, it fits perfectly into any home gym. The built-in storage for accessories keeps everything tidy and allows for quick access to handles, bars and ropes. With a total weight of 245,7 kg, the MFT is extremely stable.

Der MFT von Bodycraft ist ein absolutes Top-Gerät für das professionelle Hometraining. Durch die Kombination aus Multi-Heimstation und Kabelzugturm bietet das Gerät unzählige Übungsmöglichkeiten und Trainingsvarianten, und das in annähernd Studioqualität. Zudem nimmt das Gerät nur wenig Platz in Anspruch und kommt mit ausreichend Zubehör. Ich bin auf jeden Fall rundum zufrieden und bereue den Kauf in keinster Weise. Einzig der Aufbau gestaltet sich ein wenig mühsam und zeitaufwendig. Aber wenn das Teil erstmal steht, gibt es absolut nichts mehr zu bemängeln.... [läs mer]

Als ich mich für die BodyCraft MFT entschied, war ich auf der Suche nach einem kompakten aber leistungsfähigen Home‑Gym. Und genau das habe ich gefunden. Die Station bietet unglaublich viele Übungsmöglichkeiten – von Latziehen und Rudern über Brustpressen bis hin zu Kern- und Functional-Training, alles auf nur etwa 2 m²!
