Wide range of exercises and great accessories

With the Force USA Multi-Gym G9 All-In-One Trainer you can bring your complete gym home! With the Smith machine including leg press, double cable pulls and barbell rack, you can do the exercises you know and love from the gym. The Smith-Machine is balanced, which means that the barbell weighs virtually nothing, so you only use the loaded weight and can do important core exercises even with little weight. Thanks to the central cable pulley with foot plate and the leg pull, you can also use the cable pull for back exercises such as rowing and lat pulls. For the classic cable pull exercises, everything from triceps rope to multi-grips is included. With additional optional accessories such as the jammer arms, you can add even more variations to your workout with the multi-gym.

With the robust multi-grip pull-up bar and the dip arms, which you simply attach to the multi-gym, you can also supplement your training with classic bodyweight training. There is also an eyelet under the pull-up bar for stowing accessories and attaching an optional sling trainer - for even more intensive bodyweight training.

The Force USA All-In-One Trainer G9 multi-gym has a relatively small footprint despite its wide range of exercises and the robust construction of the steel cage. And despite the extensive range of accessories, the G9 offers plenty of storage space - not only thanks to the hooks for the accessories, but also thanks to six holders for 50 mm weight plates. This gives you enough space for a variation of weight plates that provide you with all the weight you need. This is because the cable pulls as well as the Smith-Machine and optional barbells can be loaded with the 50 mm discs. This makes the Force USA G9 truly an all-in-one training device!
