Kettler rowing machine Coach 800 – feel like you’re on the water

The Kettler rowing machine Coach 800 packs the feeling of rowing on water into a comfortable and convenient piece of indoor fitness equipment. The water resistance system gives it an especially fluid rowing stroke where the resistance naturally increases the harder you row. And thanks to the innovative design of the tank, you can adjust the resistance level by simply turning a dial to one of six settings. This means the Coach 800 is equally suitable for casual rowing or intense workouts.

Comfortable even for lengthy workout sessions

The ergonomically-shaped seat is comfortably cushioned and glides silently along the extra-long rails on its eight wheels. The foot plate offers heel support with seven positions and quickly adjustable straps to adapt to different shoe sizes. A positionable arm lets you raise and tilt the computer screen so you always have a good view of your training data.

Motivation from a variety of workout programmes and Kinomap

With the quickstart mode, you can get started right away – after a single rowing stroke, the computer starts tracking your workout data. The workout modes also include programmes where you can set a target value for the time, distance or calories, or select from 3 interval timer programmes, and there’s even a game mode where you avoid obstacles by varying the intensity of your rowing. Compatibility with the Kinomap fitness app allows you to row along virtual routes on real-world rivers and lakes and see spectacular new coastlines every time you workout.
