The NOHRD WallBars Multi-Adapter significantly increases the training options with the classic wall bars. They can be attached in two ways: either with two bars extending perpendicularly or as a lateral bar with more distance from the wall. As a lateral bar, it can be used for pull ups and chin ups at various heights and grip positions. With the two protruding bars, a person can perform dips, leg lifts or press-ups. The careful craftsmanship and selection of materials of NOHRD products ensure high stability and durability.

The combination of NOHRD WallBars and the Multi-Adapter offer a comprehensive workout without needing a stack of weights. The designs in various natural wood types allow equipment from NOHRD to integrate perfectly into modern interiors with wood accents. To transform your NOHRD training station into a true full-body home gym, we recommend the following accessories from NOHRD: an incline bench (genuine leather or synthetic leather) or the Combi-Trainer sliding bench with an integrated cable system.

Sehr gutes Tool für das Workout

Funke Holger maj 2026 (NO-12218)

Optimales Tool zur Ergänzung meiner Übungen. Sehr gute Qualität und passt sicher zur NOHRD- Sprossenwand. Zwar preislich im oberen Bereich, aber die Anschaffung lohnt sich. ????
