Wall bars set with pull-up bar, dip bar and training bench

The BenchK 523 Wall Bars Set offers fun and functionality for young and old alike thanks to its sturdy construction. The pull-up bar, dip bar, and exercise bench offer a wide range of exercise options. You can perform classic pull-ups, dips and abdominal exercises with the components included in this set.

The pull-up unit supports a maximum user weight of 150 kg. It offers a variety of grip options for both narrow and wide pull-ups. You can also work your abdominal muscles by doing leg or knee lifts.

The dip bar/strong> is perfect for performing dips and training your triceps, chest and shoulders. You can also use it as a leg lift station to target your abdominal muscles. The height of the dip bar is adjustable to suit your individual needs. For added comfort, the backrest and armrests are padded with polyurethane foam.

The training bench allows you to perform intensive workout for your back, chest and abdomen; please note that optional dumbbells are required for this. The bench can also be used to support one-arm rowing and sit-up variations.

For even more workout variety you can add, for example, resistance bands.

Thanks to its visually appealing design featuring an elegant metal frame and beech wood rungs, the 523 Wall Bars fit perfectly into any room. The beech wood rungs are hand-oiled and the metal elements are powder-coated in matt black or matt white. The weight bench can be easily folded away, making the wall bars highly space-efficient and suitable for installation in almost any room (min. installation height: 2.40 m).
Different mounting methods
The wall bars can be mounted either floor-to-ceiling or on the wall. As no drilling is required for floor-to-ceiling mounting, the BenchK 523 Wall Bars Set is ideal for rented properties. Both methods are quick and easy to install, so you can start working out as soon as possible.
